Haha. But..embarassing huh? Well food for thought: next time you go to the motherland and want to buy "gajjak" (or whatever) and pronounce it "ga-zack" and the shopkeeper doesn't understand you, i'm sure your dad won't be embarassed. =)

I am giving your dad some mad props for the courage to go to the store and asking for skittles( my dad will never do that for me ) , hes your dad and respect him lol but its kind of funny !
