Rofl, awhh I feel for you. My parents wouldn't dare arrange me. My mother knows full well I would NEVER put up with such nonsense.. however my father is much more traditional and would probably expect me to get arranged though I am certain I'll never let that happen. I have a boyfriend anyway, who is white, and a secret too, of course.

Love is blind...sometimes even dumb, coz you often end up getting hurt big time. Still its worth it. Personal opinion...its only takes one MOMENT to fall in love. Sometimes that moment comes later in relationship in a gradual process nonetheless again..only A MOMENT. Yes it is possible to fall in love without knowing a person deeply...why?? coz love is unconditional. Actually having a feeling for someone against all the odds is love. If you like a person, according to similarities and so on... they make good friends, not lovers. Sometimes we tend to define the rules for good friendship under the category of Love. To the OP, you are lucky that your future partner has started to love you already. Coz now all she will do is try to look at you with love, try to understand you with love, stand besides you out of love. Sounds all dramatic, guess what, thats the truth !! Again, hearty congrats !! She dosnt Love U, She Love's her fiance, the person she has been dreaming abt since she was 12, so its Ok, I have been there done that...even though I didnt grow up in indian but did arange marriage, && i was so in love with my husband, right when we got married, i am sure she is going to be a amazing wife. its been 5 years and I still love him the same way, its a girl thing, && its very difficult to find gurls like that, cz now days all gurls do is play hard to get. Ur lucky she is just trying to be that simple loving wife for U....take intrest in her and see how the love will grow....good luck
