Today, I was craving some icecream in this heat so I decided too check the freezer. I found about 10 icecream buckets and not one of them had icecream. They were all sabzis and Saag....TMDL.

Today, when out at the mall, my family stopped off at a fast food place to eat. As usual, while we ate, my mum sat there and complained about how she could feed us for a week with the money we'd just spent. TMDL

Today, I asked my mom if I can get a new shirt for school, she says you don't go to school to do a fashion show, you go there to study! That one question ended up giving me an hour long lecture. TMDL.

Today, I came home and I smelt something burning. There was a roti on the stove being made and it was being burnt. Thinking something was wrong because this usually doesn't happen I walk around looking for my grandma. Turns out she found the Bollywood channels and forgot about the roti.

Today, it's been several days since I lost my cell phone. Thus, my girls call my house. My mother makes sure she's the first to pick up and insists on talking to each and every one of them and asking every single girl her name and address. Please, just handover the phone like my father does. TMDL
