Today, I had my bf over at my house. We were both watching TV when my parents walked in and said hi then left. My grandparents wake up from their afternoon nap half an hour later and start getting mad at me in front of my bf. I wish my grandparents were as modern as my parents. TMDL

Today, I realized that I am the richest girl in my school and have the best car. But, someone ran into it, and despite the fact that their insurance is paying for the repair, my dad still has not gotten it fixed. TMDL

Today, I had a horrible stomach ache. So I went to the nurse. When i got there, my school nurse wasnt there, and there was a desi replacement for the day. I told her that my tummy was hurting, and I wanted some gingerale or something. She tells me to lie down, and gives me a spoon of gingerale. TMDL

Today, as I entered college I saw a bunch of freshman tying friendship bracelets and writing their names on their friends t-shirts and hands and legs. HOW IS THAT FUN?!?!. TMDL

Today, I showed my mom this website and I told her that 97 people liked my story and I just submitted it today. What did she tell me? "What is this! 13 people didn't like it?" Now I'm grounded for a month because she found out 13 people didn't think I was "a good writer." TMDL

Today, I was randomly checked at the airport. After searching my parents' bags and finding a jar filled with spicy sauces, he refused to let us through as he thought it might be a toxic liquid. After an hour of argument, an Indian official came and tried to explain it. He got fired and we are headed home. TMDL
